Celebrate 7 years of SannaOhana with a day dedicated to wellness, connection, and gratitude. Join us at HudHaüs on Sunday, December 15, for free yoga classes tailored to bring balance and joy to your day:
Midday Zen (1:00 PM): Reset and recharge with a gentle, grounding flow.
420 Flow (4:20 PM): Relax, connect, and elevate your evening with an uplifting practice.
After class, enjoy in-store discounts, snacks, and an opportunity to connect with our vibrant wellness community.
Please bring comfy clothes and water.
Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
