About the event
Join us on Saturday, October 25th at BRC Spa in Fair Lawn, NJ for Sanna × Bathhouse: Fall Reset — an evening designed to warm the body, clear the mind, and renew the spirit. We’ll begin with breathwork, move into a guided soak with sauna education and customized movements, flow through yoga, and close with nourishing snacks and time to relax in community.
Admission to BRC Spa is $55 (paid directly to the spa for full access to saunas, steam, cold plunge, and soak until 10:45PM).
The Yoga ONLY is $25, or just $20 when paired with spa admission.
Please bring yoga mat, shorts, swimsuit, towel, flip flops or spa shoes, a reusable water bottle, and light layers for after sauna. A journal is encouraged for reflection — and of course, an open heart and mind ✨.
