The second day of our SannaOhana Retreat starts with a 30 minute breathing session and moves into a partner movement workshop where we will explore ways to exercise with a partner and work in a team. This is a class inspired by acroyoga foundations.

PRANAYAMA

Prana means "breath" " vital life force" "energy" yama means "stop/control", but also "rise & expansion"

We will have a fresh start to our mornings with 20 minutes of breath work. Each day we will cover so that you are able to incorporate them into your lifestyle depending on what you need and feel.Variousbreathing techniques for different life situations and needs

Breathing is an amazing tool to enhance and revitalize the body, control your stress responses, emotional processing and mental well being. You will learn the conscious control of breath and how to tap into it when you need it most.
