We will have a fresh start to our mornings with 20 minutes of breath work. Each day we will cover Various breathing techniques for different life situations and needs so that you are able to incorporate them into your lifestyle depending on what you need and feel.
Breathing is an amazing tool to enhance and revitalize the body, control your stress responses, emotional processing and mental well being. You will learn the conscious control of breath and how to tap into it when you need it most.

Our first movement workshop involves the overview of innate movement patterns that are present in early human locomotion and are maintained through an active & natural lifestyle. These locomotive patterns are present in some of the most durable and successful athletes but often lost due to inactivity, non-athletic locomotive training & injuries.
This class is designed to help you recognize & feel these patterns in yourself and others by teaching you basic movements that will start your journey to re-coding your body to move the way it used to when you were a child.
