Beach Yoga

Beach Yoga is one of the most grounding and balancing experiences you can have. The nourishing effects of the yoga practice in addition to being exposed to all of nature's elements is extremely worth the trip down to South Jersey. Not to mention the great company. We hope you can join us on Aug 19th for the day, or join us for the class only. Exact address will be given out the day of the event but if you need to map out your trip to see how long is your commute, Use Deal, NJ on your Waze/ Google Maps and that will give you an idea. We highly recommend you prepare ahead of time by checking how long it takes you to get there so there are no surprises the day of. 

This is a family friendly event, we invite you to bring  your loved ones, children included. 

Please bring a yoga mat, plenty of water, umbrellla for shade (you will need it, especially during yoga if you are sensitive to the sun)

Bring ORGANIC, HEALTHY snacks to share, we recommend pre-washed organic fruit. 

(NO) Please abstain from bringing unhealthy processed foods such as sweets, sodas and chips (NO)

If you have cool games such as frisby, footballs, spike ball, please bring them!

Class will be held from 4pm - 5pm

We recommend that you join us before noon. This will ensure a free parking spot and an easy walk to the beach. Otherwise you will have to street park and walk through the parking lot to the beach which can take a long time and can be trecherous if you have a lot of things to carry. To ensure good parking and an easy experience getting there, we recommend getting there NO LATER THAN 12PM

-If you can only make it for the class please factor in a 15 - 20 minute parking and walking process.

FYI only service dogs are allowed on the beach. 

If weather is not cooperating we will move the event to the following day (Sunday, Aug 20th) but you will be notified before hand.
